SCI Annual Banquet

The Alamo SCI Annual Fundraiser
to be held at Municipal Auditorium

Friday, February 1- Events for Alamo SCI Members only.
_ Exhibitors move in 8 am to 4 pm
_ Exhibits will open at 6:00 PM in the Municipal Auditorium.
_ A complimentary cocktail party including drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be held from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM in the Municipal Auditorium for Exhibitors, Donors & Alamo SCI members only.

Saturday, February 2.
_ Exhibits are open in the Municipal Auditorium from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM .

_ The Silent Auction will be open from 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM in the Municipal Auditorium .
_ The silent auction will close promptly at 5:30 and payment for the silent auction items will be taken from 5:30-6:00 at the site of the silent auction and the remaining payments will be paid at the front door of the El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel banquet room (adjacent to the Auditorium) starting at 6:30. Silent auction winners will be able to pick up their item when they pay.

_ Raffles open at 6:00 PM
_ The Annual Banquet will start at 7:30PM followed by the Live Auction
