We teach the full range of what it means to be a sportsman! With all the meat we had collected over the fall, we held a work project with several youth and fathers to process nearly 350 lbs of delicious sausage in one evening - all to be used in future outings. Alamo SCI provided some of the necessary spices and supplies for this project.
